If you live in a studio and work all day, a 2-hour visit every week or fortnight keeps it clean without much cost. If clothes and dishes have piled up, book 4 hours once, then go back to the short visit.
Preparing a furnished flat between tenants
Owners of furnished flats in the district need a visit that leaves the flat ready for the next tenant: clean, tidy and with fresh bedding. It is a form of move-out cleaning, and the maid works through a clear list:
