In An Nada, north Riyadh, Al-Kauther Home Services provides hourly maids to clean and set up new flats and villas, with visits of 4 to 8 hours in the morning or evening; a 4-hour visit starts from SAR 135. Booking takes a minute by phone or WhatsApp on 0561940026.
Many An Nada residents have recently moved into new apartment blocks and villas. In short
- Shortest visit: 4 hours with one maid, from SAR 135.
- New flat before move-in: 6 hours from SAR 200, or two maids for 4 hours from SAR 290.
- Extra hour: from SAR 50, added at booking.
- Weekly plan: 4 visits a month × 4 hours from SAR 460.
- Shifts: morning and evening; we handle the maid’s transport both ways.
- Coverage: every street in An Nada, plus An Narjis, Al Wadi, Al Falah, An Nafel and Al Yasmin.

An hourly maid for a brand-new flat in An Nada: where to start
A flat you have just received from the developer looks clean from the doorway, but fine dust has settled in window tracks, on kitchen shelves, inside cupboards and on bathroom tiles. It drifts back onto the floor after every quick wipe, which is why a new home needs a longer visit than a normal weekly clean.
On a pre-move-in visit the maid works from top to bottom: high shelves and the insides of cupboards, then windows and glass from the inside, then the kitchen and bathrooms, and finally the floors. If the furniture has arrived, she wipes it down, makes up the beds and unpacks light boxes as you direct. Stubborn paint or cement marks are tackled as far as household cleaning tools allow; this is a home-help visit, not a specialist crew with heavy equipment.
Tip: If finishing work is still under way, switch off or cover any exposed sockets before the visit and keep building materials out of walkways so the maid can work safely.
An Nada on the map
An Nada lies in north Riyadh under the Northern municipality and covers about 4 km². An Narjis borders it to the north; Prince Mohammed bin Salman Road runs along its southern edge with Al Wadi beyond; it stretches between Abu Bakr As Siddiq Road and Othman bin Affan Road, with Al Falah, An Nafel and Al Yasmin around it.
Landmarks include the College of Medicine of Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, the Health Research Centre, the Saudi Red Crescent Authority, the new Commercial Court building and the Mother of Prince Bandar Mosque, along with An Nada Park, Tala Park and Shurfat Park, Fortori Mall, An Nada Plaza and Panda. Residents describe it as quiet and clean, with a mix of apartment blocks and villas.
What does an hourly maid cost in An Nada?
A 4-hour visit with one maid starts from SAR 135, the same Al-Kauther rate as the rest of Riyadh. The cost rises with more hours or a second maid, and the price per visit drops when you take a monthly plan.
Source: Al-Kauther Home Services’ starting-price list for Riyadh; the final price is confirmed at booking based on hours, number of maids, home size and timing.
Evening shifts, Fridays and public holidays may be priced differently, confirmed at booking. For anything not listed, such as preparing the house for a large number of guests, ask for a price on WhatsApp and we will quote once we know the details.
Guest rooms and home offices: the details that get forgotten
New villas in An Nada often have a separate guest room and a home office. Neither is used every day, yet both gather dust quickly. Before relatives arrive from outside Riyadh, ask the maid to prepare the guest room: fresh bedding, plumped pillows, an aired and scented room, a clean en-suite and new towels.

A home office needs a different touch: wiping the desk without disturbing papers, cleaning a leather chair with a soft cloth, and dusting shelves, books and the back of the screen. Tell the maid beforehand what must not be moved and she will work carefully around it.

Hourly maid or live-in maid?
Many families who are new to the district ask this. The table below is for comparison only; Al-Kauther provides hourly visits exclusively.
That is why many An Nada households, especially in flats and mid-sized villas, prefer one or two visits a week to taking on a live-in maid.
The visit at a glance
The maid can help in the kitchen with chopping, prep and cleaning, but she does not cook complete meals. Children stay with their parents throughout, and it is preferable for a woman of the household to be at home. She brings basic cleaning tools, and cleaning products are as agreed at booking.
Morning or evening? Maid timings in An Nada
There are two shifts: mornings, for those who want the work finished by midday, and evenings, for households where both partners work or someone studies at one of the nearby universities. The arrival time is agreed when the booking is confirmed, and the hours start when the maid steps inside, so travel time is never charged to you.

On a plan you can request the same maid so she gets to know your home and routine; she is sent when available. If you need to postpone a visit, tell us early and we will reschedule it.
Legal staff and nationalities
Al-Kauther maids hold valid residency, work legally, are trained and wear modest uniform. Available nationalities are African and Asian, depending on availability at booking, such as Kenyan and Ugandan; you may request a preferred nationality and availability is confirmed when you book.
Warning: Hiring a worker who breaks residency and labour rules can expose the householder to a fine of up to SAR 100,000 and up to 6 months in prison, and letting a domestic worker work for others is prohibited, with employer fines of up to SAR 20,000. Always book through a legal provider.
