We spell that condition out because Ad Difa is not an ordinary residential district: much of it is institutional housing, and entry to some areas is controlled. So we promise nothing we cannot deliver. Can an hourly maid reach Ad Difa?
Yes, on one condition: her entry to your home must be possible and arranged by you. In institutional housing or areas with controlled gates, the resident arranges the entry permission under that body’s rules, then sends us whatever is needed so the maid can come straight in. Before the visit, we send you the maid’s name and approximate arrival time to make that easier.
If entry cannot be arranged, we will decline the booking at that location — and we are happy to serve your family’s home or your other home in any Riyadh district instead. That is more honest than an appointment lost at the gate.
Note of caution: There is no such thing as “getting the maid in without permission”. Please do not ask the maid or the driver to bypass any gate procedure; we will not accept it either. The visit starts once entry is properly authorised.
Ad Difa: location, and a name that causes confusion
Ad Difa lies in south-east Riyadh within the As Sulay sub-municipality, and the Bayut portal lists it under “south Riyadh”. Most of the district is institutional housing, and residential rental listings hardly appear for it on property portals, while listings for workshops do. Our service here is for homes only, not workshops or offices.
Note: Some people confuse Ad Difa district with Ad Difa Street, which runs through Ishbiliyah in east Riyadh. If your home is on that street in Ishbiliyah, you are in a different district and the booking is a normal visit with no entry arrangements.

Cleaning wall-mounted AC filters in the bedrooms
In Riyadh’s heat, air conditioners run for most of the year, and a dirty filter in a wall-mounted unit cuts cooling and spreads dust around the room. During the visit, the maid can lift the front panel of the indoor unit, slide out the removable mesh filter, wash it, dry it and put it back, then wipe the panel and the wall beneath. She uses a stable household step ladder for this, with your agreement.
This is light cleaning, not maintenance: the maid does not open internal parts of the unit, does not touch outdoor units or connections, and does not climb onto roofs or other dangerous heights. If there are four or more units in the house, add an hour to the visit.
Back from a trip: putting the home in order
Coming home from a long holiday means open suitcases, a mountain of laundry and dust on every surface. On a 5-hour visit, the maid unpacks with you, sorts clothes for washing, starts the machine, dusts, vacuums, cleans the bathrooms and kitchen, and then stores the empty suitcases on top of the wardrobe or in the storeroom.
Tip: Book your return visit before you travel and ask for the day after you land. Walking into an organised home saves you a week of tidying in fits and starts.
