Privacy policy
How the Al-Kauther Home Services website handles booking-form data and cookies.
Data we collect
When you send the maid booking form we store what you write in it: name, mobile number, city, district, service details and notes, along with the page it was sent from and your IP address to stop automated repeat requests.
How we use it
We use the data only to contact you about your request: setting the price and time and carrying out the service. We do not sell it or share it with marketers.
After sending, the maid form takes you to WhatsApp with a ready message. What you send there falls under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, and nothing is sent unless you press send yourself.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as protecting forms from automated submissions. We do not use advertising cookies.
Deleting your data
You can ask for your request data to be deleted at any time through the same WhatsApp chat, and we will delete it once the request is verified.
